Registration prevents the Registration and setting up a Customer Account and prevents the submission and execution of the Customer's order in the case of placing an order without registering the Customer Account.


5. Anyone who provides the Seller with their personal data has the right to access and correct their content.


6. The Seller provides the possibility of removing personal data from the collection, in particular in the event of deleting the Customer Account.

The Seller may refuse to delete personal data if the Customer has not paid all amounts due to the Seller or has violated applicable law,

We accept payments through PayPal, bank transfers, and credit cards.

Also you can use PayU.PL, Yandex - Money and Alfa – Click.

Payment must take a place in 7 working days after your made an order.

The goods which are not paid in 7 working days will be re-offer for sale and availability of these goods is not guaranteed.

SHIPPING POLICY

 

We deliver the goods all over the world.

Sometime we can send the goods without original package (to reduce the weight and to guarantee best way of saving goods’ condition in the process of transportation).

The goods which you buy will be sent you in 1 day after 100% prepayment using DHL in Germany, Poczta Polska in Poland or by AIR mail in case of sending the goods abroad.

Freight expanses are included in total amount of the order and are covered by the client.

The buyer delegates the seller’s company to make a pact with courier company in the name of him to deliver his order.

All orders have insurance and tracking number.

Please leave your notes concerning your personal order (for example colour or size) when you make the payment.

We work 5 days a week (except weekends and holydays).

Standard delivery time is:

for Germany and Poland 1 - 3 working days,

rest European countries 3 - 14 days,

rest world 5 - 21 days.

Please do not forget that if the goods which you buy are located in other end of the Earth and it could take more time to deliver them you.

In case of international delivery of some groups of the goods have binding Customs Taxes and the recipient must know about them and pay them.  

This way it is completely client’s responsibility. As usual delays of delivery and impossibility to deliver the goods is concerned with customs policy.

For example it is not possible to deliver laser pointer to some countries.

That is why please learn carefully your local customs rules before your payment.

RETURN POLICY

 

If the item does not answer your expectations or has some defects you can send it us back in 14 days for replacement or refund.

The item must be sent us back in the same condition as you got it.

Please contact us by mail and check carefully returning address before you send it.

We will send you replacement just after we got unconditioned item.

The refund will be provide in the same way as the payment was (from PayPal to PayPal, from credit card to credit card etc).
